第3回国際協力トークショーが鳴門教育大学で開催されました。
西方さんが、中米でJICAが実施する算数教育プロジェクトについて話してくださいました。
留学生、日本の大学生、そして日本全国および世界中から多くの人々が対面やオンラインで参加しました。
異なる国の人々と協力する際には、方法を共有する前に哲学を共有することの重要性を学びました。
成功体験はモチベーションにつながります。成功体験を得るためには、主に三つの要素があります。それは、社会的インセンティブ、即時の報酬、進捗をモニタリングすることです。
西方さんの講演は、私たちを希望に満ちた未来へと導いてくれました。

3 rd international Cooperation Talk Show was held in Naruto University of Education.
Today’s guest speaker, Nishikata-san, talked about mathematics education projects in Central America.
International students, Japanese university students and many people joined this event in person or online. They are not only from throughout Japan but also all over the world.
We learned about the importance of sharing philosophy before sharing methods when we collaborate with people in different countries.
Success experience lead to motivation. To get success experience, there are three main factors; social incentive,
Immediately reward and progress monitoring.
His lecture guided us to hopeful future.
