鳴門教育大学のグローバル教員養成プログラム「インドネシアの小，中，大学視察」では、コロナ禍により現地渡航が叶わない中、インドネシアのアフマドダフラン大学（Ahmad Dahlan University）の大学院生と月に一回オンライン研究交流会を継続して実施してきました。

オンライン研究交流会に参加した本学の学生が、毎回活動後に省察会を行い、その記録を用いて、グローバル人材としての自己の変容やそれに寄与した要因について考察する当事者研究を行いました。研究成果を、2022年10月21日（金）～23 日（日）に行われた、「グローバル人材育成教育学会第10回全国大会・第３回国際遠隔会議」において発表しました。

In the Global Teacher Training Programme of Naruto University of Education,  “Indonesioan Primary, Secondary School and University  Visit”, since we were not able to visit Indonesia, online research exchange meetings were held once a month with Ahmad Dahlan University. The students held reflection meeting after each exchange and conducted autoethnography reseach to analyse the transformation of themselves as global human resources and the factors that contributed to the transformation. The research results were presented at the Japan Association for Global Competency Education (JAGCE), the 10th National Conference and 3rd International WEB Conference, which took place from 21 (Fri) to 23 (Sun) October 2022.
